The President of LSTAM, Jill Hubbell has over 35 years of private sector experiences in establishing and optimizing programs for managing front offices, direct sales, inventory/supply chain management, client relations for small to medium sized private businesses and education curriculum development.
The Vice President, Client Services of LSTAM, Michael Hubbell has a 42-year history of developing and overseeing solid public-sector asset management and maintenance programs for several premier multi-modal public transportation authorities. Mike is an industry recognized leader in the areas of new program/project implementation, asset maintenance, asset management planning, maintenance leadership development and succession planning, and technician recruiting / training program development. Mike has also provided expert testimony on these subjects in both the judicial and legislative arenas.
Mike was honored to be the recipient of the first ever annual Transit Maintenance Director of the Year award by METRO Magazine / Bobit Business Media in 2018.
